Si ta fshish llogarinë dhe të dhënat

Mund ta fshish llogarinë tënde dhe të gjitha të dhënat e lidhura me të drejtpërdrejt nga aplikacioni. Fshirja kryhet menjëherë dhe nuk mund të zhbëhet.

1. Fshirja në aplikacion

Hap aplikacionin (Mëso Anglisht ose Mëso Gjermanisht) dhe shko te Profili (ose te Cilësimet).
Trokit Fshi llogarinë.
Lexo çfarë do të fshihet dhe konfirmo dy herë. Dy hapat janë të qëllimshëm, sepse fshirja nuk kthehet pas.
Aplikacioni fshin të dhënat në server dhe llogarinë e hyrjes, fshin të dhënat në pajisje dhe të kthen në gjendjen pa llogari.

Nëse ke hyrë me Apple, ne e anulojmë edhe qasjen e aplikacionit te «Sign in with Apple». Këtë mund ta shohësh dhe ta heqësh edhe vetë, te cilësimet e Apple ID-së tënde.

3. Çfarë mbetet

Asnjë e dhënë personale. Pas fshirjes ne nuk mbajmë asnjë të dhënë që të identifikon.
Përmbajtja e mësimit (fjalë, fraza, histori, gramatikë) është publike dhe nuk është e dhënë personale, prandaj nuk preket.
Ngjarjet e analizës (Firebase Analytics) dhe raportet e gabimeve (Crashlytics) nuk përmbajnë emrin, e-mailin ose ID-në e llogarisë tënde dhe pas fshirjes nuk lidhen me llogarinë.
ID-ja e reklamave të pajisjes menaxhohet nga pajisja jote (te cilësimet e pajisjes), jo nga llogaria.

4. Sa zgjat

Të dhënat dhe llogaria fshihen menjëherë, kur aplikacioni merr konfirmimin tënd. Ne nuk mbajmë kopje rezervë (backup) të të dhënave të llogarisë. Infrastruktura e Google (Firebase) mund të ruajë kopje të mbetura për një kohë të kufizuar, sipas politikave të veta të fshirjes së të dhënave.

5. Nuk ke llogari?

Nëse nuk ke hyrë kurrë, progresi, të preferuarat dhe shenjat ruhen vetëm në pajisjen tënde dhe asgjë nuk ruhet në serverat tanë. Për t'i fshirë, shko te Profili dhe trokit Rivendos progresin tim, ose çinstalo aplikacionin.

6. Nuk mund ta hapësh aplikacionin?

Nëse e ke çinstaluar aplikacionin ose e ke humbur pajisjen, na shkruaj dhe do ta fshijmë ne llogarinë.

How to delete your account and data

You can delete your account and all the data tied to it right from the app. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

1. Delete in the app

Open the app (Mëso Anglisht or Mëso Gjermanisht) and go to Profile (or Settings).
Tap Delete account.
Read what will be deleted and confirm twice. The two steps are on purpose: deletion cannot be reversed.
The app deletes your data on our server and your sign-in account, wipes the data on your device and returns to the signed-out state.

If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the app's Sign in with Apple access. You can see and remove it yourself in your Apple ID settings too.

2. What is deleted

3. What is kept

Nothing personal. After deletion we keep no data that identifies you.
The learning content (words, phrases, stories, grammar) is public and is not personal data, so it is not affected.
Analytics events (Firebase Analytics) and crash reports (Crashlytics) contain no name, e-mail or account ID, and after deletion they are not linked to your account.
Your device's advertising ID is controlled by your device (in the device settings), not by your account.

4. How long it takes

Your data and account are deleted immediately, as soon as the app receives your confirmation. We keep no backups of account data. Google's infrastructure (Firebase) may hold residual copies for a limited time under its own data-deletion policies.

5. No account?

If you never signed in, your progress, favorites and seen marks live only on your device and nothing is stored on our servers. To erase them, go to Profile and tap Reset my progress, or uninstall the app.

6. Cannot open the app?

If you uninstalled the app or lost your device, write to us and we will delete the account for you.

Name the app: Mëso Anglisht (com.tloshi.fjalori) or Mëso Gjermanisht (com.tloshi.fjalori.de).
We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We will reply within 30 days.
